Elprotronic Inc. stands by the quality of our high-speed programmers and adapters, offering a 30-day window for returns on hardware that remains in its original, resaleable condition. Please note that custom software licenses and activated firmware modules are generally non-refundable once issued.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the hardware in its original anti-static packaging and include all cables, documentation, and the printed RMA form to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Ship the package to our designated service center using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as Elprotronic is not responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's functionality and condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
